Keys to Effective Learning’s management team is comprised of highly accomplished professionals with experience that has been demonstrated on various projects in Egypt, Canada, Pakistan, and Cyprus. They ensure that every employee of Keys to Effective Learning holds to the same standards and desire to develop and transfer skills to local nations.
		Corinne McComb >> President, Head Trainer/Workshop Developer Corinne McComb is a Classroom Teacher, a College Teacher, a Preschool Resource Teacher, a Teacher Trainer and an International Conference Presenter. Corinne has worked in Canada, the United States, St. Lucia, Pakistan and Egypt. As an educator, Corinne understands how learning happens and the process of making change happen in academic settings. In Egypt, Corinne has worked with teachers, supervisors and administrators in the public and private sector, to implement, assess and evaluate effective teaching methodologies in their classrooms. As part of the Alexandria Initiative, she led a team of professionals to provide training; Level One and Advanced for Primary Teachers and Primary, Preparatory and Secondary Teacher Supervisors training in Student-Centered Learning. Corinne has designed, developed and delivered training to Teacher Trainers of El Minya, Beni Suef and Fayoum. Most recently, Corinne has been a consultant, curriculum developer and has led the Keys training Team to deliver training for the USAID funded Partners for a Competitive Egypt Project.

		Wayne McComb >> Project Manager Wayne McComb brings an extensive background in project management including planning, implementation and reporting activities. In his capacity as the Project Manager, Wayne works closely with Keys clients to clearly identify their training needs. Wayne designs and develops Training Projects that deliver the required results. He monitors and evaluates training, provides constructive feedback to clients and assists them in making revisions and changes for the greatest impact. Wayne has demonstrated the ability to adapt and function very well in a variety of cultures (Canada, Egypt and Pakistan). Wayne has demonstrated excellent team leadership and strong interpersonal skills. With over 30 years experience in training, Wayne provides total training solutions for Keys clients.
